Shipping and Delivery

Delivery

All orders are shipped as soon as possible, normally within 1–2 business days. You will receive your package within 2–5 business days after it has been shipped. We only deliver within Norway.

Shipping

We ship with Posten, and you can choose delivery to a post office, Post in Butikk, or a parcel locker. Shipping costs between 49 and 79 kr, depending on the delivery method. Free shipping on purchases over 1,000 kr. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been shipped.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a piece of jewelry, please contact us at contact.heimr@gmail.com for information on how to do this.

 

The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.

 

Complaints

If the product has any defects or is missing anything, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Send us information about what happened, preferably with photos of the product, and we will help you from there.
